- Ensure smooth cross-department coordination between Marketing, Design, Project, Procurement, and Finance teams from tendering to project completion.
- To build a cohesive, positive, and productive working environment.
- To provide counsel, coaching, and support to the Design Studio team and. promote excellence in project delivery and team management.
- Attend to any ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Group CEO.
4. Compliance, Reporting & Risk Management
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing SOPs and ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws.
- Submit monthly project status reports and forecasts to the management for review and alignment.
- Ensure all projects under your management are completed with zero defects within two weeks of Practical Completion.
What Is Required
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or Business-related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years’ working experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in delivering corporate, commercial, or hospitality design projects.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage operations and lead multidisciplinary teams.
