For the Teleperformance (TP) Singapore office, we created a bright, modern, and welcoming environment that blends global connectivity with local identity. The overall design is anchored by a clean white and beige palette, offering a fresh, uplifting atmosphere that feels both professional and inviting.
Local cultural elements are incorporated, with custom batik patterns featured in both the upholstered seating and workstation dividers, a celebration of heritage that adds texture and depth. A mural showcasing an iconic Asian skyline runs along the corridor, framed by a rhythmic timber batten wall that also serves as ambient lighting.
The warm, cozy reception area features soft lighting and wood tones, creating a visually engaging first impression. Brand elements are subtly woven into the design through the refined infusions of the company’s colors, resulting in a cohesive and elevated identity throughout the space.
The “TP Cloud Campus” corner features a custom workstation beneath a soft-glow canopy, symbolizing innovation and digital agility.
The collaborative meeting room is outfitted with a striking V-shaped table that encourages group interaction, and is complemented by a large soft-glow lighting feature above that adds an elegant and sophisticated touch.
The pantry is designed as a comfortable, informal setting where employees can take a break and recharge. Warm materials, clean finishes, and integrated seating create a relaxed atmosphere, while Peranakan-inspired floor tiles introduce a subtle cultural layer, adding character and visual interest to the space.
